If you choose to use a product like an oil, first start with lightly oiling the scalp at the nape. I personally prefer using a light oil such as jojoba oil or coconut oil, but you do not have to use any oils.
Place your fingertips firmly on the scalp, without exerting too much pressure and rotate the fingers into a circular motion.
After a couple of minutes have passed, move toward the sides over the crown, and towards the temples. Continue this step until you have covered your entire scalp.
When you have massaged for about a minute, move to the next section. Continue until you’ve covered your entire scalp.
