Plopping

Items needed: Hair products and a towel.

When I wear a "wash and go" hairstyle I plop to keep my clothes from getting wet and to keep water out of my face.

Instructions

When I wear a "wash and go" hairstyle I plop to keep my clothes from getting wet and to keep water out of my face.

Step 1: While in the shower, I condition wash and put a leave-in on soaking wet hair.

Step 2: I bend over and wrap a towel around my hair (yes I am still in the shower while I do this). I like doing this because I am able to get the excess conditioner off of my body. During this time I am able to dry off, get ready (put on clothes/makeup etc.) and worry about hair dripping on my face and on my body/clothes.

Step 3: I keep the towel wrapped around my hair anywhere from 15 minutes to one hour. Once I remove the towel off and my hair is no longer dripping. If I have drippies, I will gently towel scrunch that area. It sounds like a lot, but trust me when I say it's not.
