Tell us about your business and how and why did you start it?

What inspired me was the fact that there was really nothing else out their like this. A public space that natural or unnatural can come together on topics that concern us. Whether it be about hair or other issues.

What does your business offer visitors?

First it offers my guests a platform to reach people who might have known about them and chance to relay their passion on a national scale. Secondly it offers free live interaction between the listeners and someone who can help them with their natural hair questions or just so they can share their stories.

What do you love the most about being running your business?

Oh wow! I love the the interaction and just being able to educate people.

What makes your business unique?

Its the only internet radio show, that I know of, that focuses specifically on the issues of natural hair.

How does your business positively contribute to the natural hair community?

Well I have a book out, which is a culmination of hair recipes. Some of your recipes are in it. People can go to http://stores.lulu.com/mixeduphairbook for a copy. Its available as a download and a hard copy. (See below)
