Dear Kelli: I am looking for a product that will let me "wash and go". I have tried several different products and none of therm work.

My hair dries pretty quickly and I haven't had a relaxer in over two years. I need some guidance on what direction on which products I should use.

Kelli: Finding that perfect product to tame your curls can be challenging. I personally have found a couple of products that have worked:

Garnier Frutis finishing products work pretty well including the Sculpting Soft Curl Creme along with their Wet Shine Gel. Sebastian Wet works well but sometimes it can leave the hair a bit "crispy".

I also notice that all natural shampoos and conditioners can make a big difference in defining the natural curl patterns prior to the finishing products. With so many products out there it can be hit or miss so try different products to see how it will work for you.

Setting your hair with flexi-rods (purchased at your local beauty supply) can help until you have comfortably trained your curly locks.

The important thing to do is to keep it moisturized because that will help to tame the frizz.
